Definition of accuracy

While rounding decimals to degree of accuracy involves 2 rules to keep in mind:
Rule One: See what is our rounding digit is asked to do & see the right side of number of digits the rounding of decimals asked for. If that digit is less than 5, basically leave all digits to the right of it.
